 SUMMARIES
volume #1----
Gamma comes to Elwood's town in search of a Ring of the Dead. Elwood picks his pocket while
he is paying for his meal. Gamma chases him and makes him take him to his home for a meal. A
member of Elwood's gang sees Gamma (who has a price on his head) go off with him and tells the
boss who thinks he's trying to get the money for himself. Gamma leaves and the gang comes to
Elwood's house to get Gamma and revenge. They kill Elwood's sister and try to get him to tell
where Gamma is. Gamma appears because he was searching for the leader to collect his bounties.
He defeats the gang and offers Elwood the money he found at their hideout. He pleads with
Gamma to take him with him to find the zombie powder to bring his sister back to life. Gamma
refuses and then he says he'll fight him for it. Gamma likes that and allows Elwood to
come along.
On the search of another Rin of the Dead Gamma and Elwood go to a record shop. Some bad
guys attack Elwood because he is Gamma's friend but Gamma saves him.
Smith gives Gamma a tip on where he can find a Ring. Gamma and Elwood arrive in search
of it. The bus they are on is attacked by the Ash Daughter gang who are searching for the
ring. Gamma demands they hand over all their Rings to him. Gamma and Elwood are captured
and brought to the gang's home. Smith rescues them and reveals he's Gamma's partner and Gamma
says it was a trick all along to gain entrance to the gang's hideout and get their Ring.
While they are searching for it Elwood hears sounds of someone being tortured and goes to help.
Gamma and Smith go with him and discover Calder in the torture room. Gamma and Calder fight.
Gamma wins.
volume #2----
Gamma, Smith, and Elwood escape from the hideout. They save the people in the building
and get the Ring of the Dead before the building is destroyed.
Gamma is searching for another Ring of the Dead when Wolfina land on top of him. She was
being chased by Mr. Scamandero (she had made it lok like he was a transvestite in a magazine).
Wolfina get's into a fight with Scamandero and his men. Gamma helps her. Afterwards Gamma goes
looking for her because he thinks she can help him find a Ring. She finds him there and he asks
about the Ring but she says they don't exist. He follows her and she says she's
heard rumors of it being at the hospital. They find that someone else has gotten there before
them. It's Balmunk, who Gamma has met before. They have a confrontation and then Balmunk leaves.
Gamma explains how a Ring of the Dead can eat a person. The doctor shows Gamma Wolfina's brother, Emilio. Gamma says that he's
being eaten by a Ring. Wolfina remembers that before he got sick he had gotten a ring for her but
it dissapeared. Gamma tells them the ring can't be removed through ordinary methods withought
killing Emilio.
Wolfina tries to get her brother to safety before Balmunk comes back. Gamma, Smith, and
Elwood follow her. Balmunk finds her and tries to take her brother but Gamma stops him. He
tells her he knows someone who might save him. She agrees and they are attacked again.
volume #3----
Balmunk kidnaps Emilio and sends him to the Magic Train. Smith, Gamma, and Elwood fight
Balmunk and his minions while Wolfina goes after Emilio. Gamma fights Guiffle, the box guy.
Elwood fights Pyromania Pownder, the fire guy. Smith fights Falzon, the knife guy. Everyone
wins their fights. Wolfina catches the Magic Train but Balmunk is there. Gamma saves
her and Emilio. Gamma and Balmunk get into a weird fight and Gamma reverts to his old self but
then he says he doesn't need that anymore. Gamma defears him and he runs away. Wolfina tries
to stop the train but Shackaboon, a member of Balmunk's circus, confronts her.
volume #4----
Shackaboon tries to kill Emilio but Wolfina stops him. Shackaboon attacks Emilio and the
Ring inside him attacks her. Emilio stops it before it can kill Wolfina. The Train is out
of control so Gamma steers it away from the town and towards Balmunk's circus tent.
As Gamma is recuperating Smith tells him that Elwood will need some serious training if
he's to survive traveling with them and that Gamma wants to save Elwood from becoming like him.
Angelle brings Gamma's special 'medicine' from the Gemini laboratory to him but get's accosted.
Elwood finds her but she saves herself. She tells Elwood that she and Gamma are lovers and they
go find Gamma. Wolfina takes Emilio and goes with Gamma, Elwood, Smith, and Angelle to the Gemini
Laboratory to try to remove the Ring from Emilio. Wolfina asks Nazna, the head doctor, to help
Emilio and Nazna says the price is that she gets to use Wolfina for experimentation. Wolfina
agrees.
